Rechal Naware is an Indian screenwriter and producer who earned his master's degree in public communication from Jamia Millia Islamia. From 1999 to 2001, she was the senior promo producer at ZEE TV, where she promoted the highly popular and first talent show, "ANTAKSHARI," helmed by Gajendar Singh. From 2001 until 2007, she was the head of OAP at SABtv (GEC)-LIVE India (news)-Mi Marati (regional). From 2007 to 2008, she was Sr. Supervising Promo Producer at INX Media Pvt. Ltd. She is presently employed as a Creative Consultant at Independent Motion, a media production company where she previously worked as a director-producer for corporate videos, demo films, and advertisements for advertising agencies.
