Nitin Upadhyaya is an Indian producer. He worked for the Hindi film industry. He completed his school from Mahanagar Boys Inter College, Lucknow in the state of Uttar Pradesh and completed his B.Tech in Information Technology from Uttar Pradesh Technical University in 2006.
