Dinesh Shenoy

Dinesh Shenoy, also known as Dinnu, is a filmmaker and film technician who has worked in the movie business for the last 26 years. He has also worked as a Cinematographer, Producer, and Director. He is also working at In Focus Pictures, New Delhi. He was born on 4 February 1968 in Panemangalore. His father’s name was Basti Vaman Shenoy. He completed his schooling from DVS High School, Shimoga. He then went to Mountain View School. He completed his college from SVS College, Bantwal.

Dinesh has great experience producing TV Commercials for some leading international brands. He is the Writer and Director of the short film Madhyantara. This film was an official selection for Indian Panorama, at IFFI, Goa 2022. The selection for the Indian Panorama is made by eminent personalities from all around the World, who belong to the world of cinema, comprising 12 Jury members. Madhyantara is one of 20 films selected under the non-feature category, which consists of short films and documentaries. He is also known for Swades (2004), The Experiment (2010), and the Darjeeling Limited (2007).
