Sohail Sen is an Indian singer, musician and film composer who has mainly worked in Bollywood film industry. In 2008, he debuted as a film composer with the movie Sirf. The movie wasn't able to acquire large audiences and went unnoticed. He was born on June 24, 1984. He is born into a family of musicians and his entry into this industry is the fourth generation of his family to do so. His dad, Samir Sen was a music director and his grandfather was a singer. At the age of six, he started learning the instrument Tabla. He had composed his first music at the age of thirteen for the Telefilm Roshini. Kavita Krishnamurthy had provided the playback for the song.

In 2009, he was approached by Ashutosh Gowariker which became a turning point in his life with the movie What's your Rashee? The music of the film was pretty good and well taken by the audiences. He made 13 songs for each zodiac sign and one for the final choice. It was a hard task, and it took him more than one and a half years to complete. Also, he sang many songs in the film. Then in 2013, he again got an opportunity to work with a big banner Yash Raj Films in the film Mere Brother Ki Dulhan. The music of the song is loved by all and gained a lot of appreciation. Later he also replaced Pritam for Salman Khan's film Ek Tha Tiger. He was nominated for the Stardust Award for Standout Performance by a Music Director. Also, he was nominated for the Filmfare's for the songs in Mere Brother Ki Dulhan in the year 2011.

Ram Sampath

Ram Sampath is an Indian music producer and composer. After a brief stint as a composer for an advertising agency in Mumbai, Ram Sampath went on to compose music albums before venturing into the Bollywood industry. Ram was born in and brought up in Mumbai. Although cultures divided his parents, they were brought together by their inclination for music which has been reflected in their celebrity son. After completing his schooling in Mumbai, Ram went on to study commerce in the famed Podar College in Mumbai. He was also a part of the rock band in his college which shows that his passion for music had manifested at a very young age. Ram started his career as a composer for advertisements. He has composed jingles for Airtel, Docomo, Thums Up, Pepsi and the Times of India. His composition for films started with the 2003 English film Let’s Talk and then deepened into a series of Bollywood Movies. Ram has been the musician for some top notch Bollywood movies like Khakee, Family, Peepli Live, Game, Delhi Belly, Talaash, and Fukrey. Fukrey claimed him a lot of accolades especially for the famed song Ambarasiya. He then went on to team up with an Australian brand INXS to add a desi flavor to their songs. He also added yet another feather to his cap when he composed the title song for the acclaimed program Satyameva Jayate hosted by the veteran Aamir Khan. He has also been a part of MTV Rock On as a judge. Apart from this, Ram has also composed quite a few music albums which include Loveology, Color Blind, Tanha Dil and Sona. Ram has been married to Sona Mohapatra, a singer whom he met while she was working as a brand manager with Marico. Post marriage in 2005, the couple have been residing in Mumbai. Having displayed promise, a lot of expectations lie on the shoulders of the growing music sensation.
