Mujahid Mubarak Ali Khan was a singer and music composer. He was the deputy leader of Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan's group for over a decade and retired in 1991 only due to his failing health. Mubarak Ali Khan passed on his talent and taught his sons Rizwan and Muazzam, who are masters of Sufi devotional music. Their Pakistani Qawwali group Rizwan-Muazzam has given performances at several music festivals across the globe. Mubarak Ali Khan passed away in March 1996, five years after he had to leave Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan's group. It wasn't until 2015, that his album Best of Mujahid Mubarak Ali Khan was released. His famous songs in the album include- Main Neewan Mera Murshad Ucha, Ya Mujhammad Madine Bula Lo Mujhe, Na Man Behuda Girde, Ishq Too Hey Meri Raaza Tu Hai, Mori Bhi Rang Do Chunariya Baba Main Tori Pooja Karungi, Dard e Isyan Se Rehaa Hone Ka Chara Maango, Je Tu Rab Nu Manana Pehle Yaar Nu Mana, Ho Karam Ki Nazar Chist Ke Tajwar Khwaja, etc.
