Hina Shaheen

Hina Shaheen is a popular Pakistani Film and Television Actress. Hina was born into a mediocre family, at Lahore. She completed her schooling and went on to graduate, from the Lahore College of Commerce, in the field of Commerce. During her growing up years, she was always interesting in Acting. In the year 1991, She made her entry into the Acting field, through Television soaps.

To attain fame, she started working under director Masood Rizvi, on various commercials. Hina was then roped in to do the lead, in the film Dil, in the year 1991. The movie did not fare at the box office, and Hina Shaheen did not get noticed. After facing some failures, Hina started trying her luck in Theatre.

She understood that stage play was her key to fame and till date is busy doing skits. Her dancing skill has come to her rescue in Theatre. She shot to popularity through her dance dramas. The video recordings of her dramas are the highest sellers in Pakistan. She started getting noticed and got a role in the movie Channa Sachi Muchi, in the year 2010. Theatre is keeping her busy and hence she does not much see on the silver screen. Some of the movies to her credit are Baghi (1992), Police Story (1992), Koday Shah (1992) and a few more.

Her famous dramas include Wellay Nikamay, Roti Khol Dayo Part 1, Fruit Chaat, Darling, Soni Chan Wargi, Nawan Ayan Ae Sohnia and so on.
