Rukhsar Rehman is a popular and talented face in the arena of Indian film and television circuit. She has till date appeared in a number of Hindi films and popular Hindi television serials, in various notable and some passable roles. Rukhsar Rehman, hailing from a Muslim middle class family ,started her career in the tinsel town at the young age of 19 years, in the year 1991 with the Hindi film Yaad Rakhegi Duniya, where she was cast as the leading lady opposite Aditya Pancholi.

Rukhsar then appeared in the year 1992 in the film 'Inteha' opposite stalwart Rishi Kapoor. Unlike popular beliefs, Rukhsar didn’t aspired to be an actress at all. Instead, wanted to be an IAS officer like her father. Rukhsar Rehman is a well known actress from India known for her works in Indian television and films.
