Padmini Kapila

Padmini Kapila is an Indian film yesteryear actress and director who worked predominately in the Hindi movie industry. She is the daughter of actor Sohan Kapila. Padmini is best known for her works in movies such as Dera Aashqan Da (1979), Orphan (1981), and The Pride (1980). She was born and brought up in Mumbai, Maharashtra. She completed her higher education at A F Petit Girls High School. Padmini has a son named Krishna. She currently lives in Mumbai. She has acted in supporting roles in the early stages of her illustrious career. Padmini was part of films like PyarKeRahi, Bandish, Meetha Zaher, The Burning Train, Heeralal Pannalal, and EkAur Sangram.
