Ashleigh Sendin was born in 1965 in Johannesburg, South Africa. She is an actress, who has been working around the world for over four decades. Ashleigh started acting at the young of 13. She started acting in theatres in UK. She performed at the prestigious West End theatres in London in some of the most prominent theatre plays like Annie, The Wizard of Oz, The Real Thing, Gospel and The Hollow. She became a prominent member of the theatre group and would go on to win many awards for her performances.
In 1979, She made her acting debut on the silver screen with Follow That Rainbow, a musical. The same year she was seen in The Demon, a horror flick based around a monster that attacks people by bringing their worst nightmares into reality. In 1980 she became part of the famous TV series known as The Settlers. She took a break from acting and returned in 2012 with another horror movie called Overhill, where she played the role of Wendy. Overhill is a movie about a female author who is unable to finish her book because of the disturbances in the city. So, she travels to a secluded location in the woods, which is haunted. Her latest work was surprisingly in Bollywood, in Sushant Singh Rajput’s blockbuster Chichhore.
