Pradeep Nagar was born on 10 December 1989 in a small village, Sadalpur near Noida in the Gautam Budh Nagar district. His family then shifted to Greater Noida. He completed his education at S.D. College in Ghaziabad. He holds a Master Degree in English. He can fluently speak Hindi, English, Punjabi, Haryanvi and also knows Urdu.
Pradeep has essayed prominent roles in Life Ok’s “Savdhaan India-India Fights Back” series.This show deals with the crimes happening in India and alerts the viewers. People of Pradeep’s village Sadalpur and his state Uttar Pradesh are proud to see him on screen. He has gained a lot of popularity in the region since some five-six years. Also, he appeared in some episodes of Ssshhhh…. Koi Hai. Before that, he was a part of Sandeep Chaudhary’s theater group in Ghaziabad named Gandharav. The passion of acting was nurturing inside him ever since then.

Imtiaz Ali about him. Pradeep was seen in Ali’s movie Highway alongside
Randeep Hooda and
Alia Bhatt in 2014 in which he played the pivotal role of Mahabir Bhati’s (Randeep Hooda) accomplice. He was appreciated for his acting skills and his natural level of ease with his character. Virtual Movie Awards started voting for him as the Best Supporting Actor in 2014.
Pradeep was also seen in a short film titled “Breaking The Seal” by S. Moulik, which came out in July 2015, alongside Moumita Nandi. The film deals with a sensitive subject as to what happens when your birthright of urinating is snatched. Pradeep was also seen alongside Alia Bhatt in Vikas Behl’s short film titled “Going Home.” The video was about women safety and went viral in social media recently. The main theme of the short film was a scenario for women which doesn’t exist in the real world but is all that we can wish for. The short film came out in October 2015.
