Prabal Panjabi is an Indian actor who works in Bollywood films. He was born in Noida, Delhi. He did his schooling from Delhi Public School, Delhi. He later moved to Mumbai and completed his graduation from Jai Hind College, Mumbai. Since school, he had a love for theater. This love is now his passion and career. He started off as being a part of Disney’s television series ‘Kyaa Mast Hai Life’ during his college days.

He played the role of a bully – Jango. Panjabi made his Bollywood debut with ‘Mujhse Fraandship Karoge’ under the banner of Y-Films directed by Nupur Asthana in the year 2011. He essayed the role of Hanky in this film. Later, he was seen acting in ‘ Mere Dad Ki Maruti’ which was again produced by ‘Y-Films.' He won appreciations for himself after the release of ‘Mere Dad Ki Maruti’.

The audience and the critics loved his acting skills and comic timing. Before getting into films, he did some TVCs for Lenovo and Pepsi. He has done short films as well like The Excile (2015). He also acted in Shahid which was directed by Hansal Mehta in the year 2013 as Omar Shiekh. He also hosted a TV show on Zee Q named ‘ Teenovation’ which showcased young talents. His recent release was Hamari Adhuri Kahani with Emraan Hashmi and Vidya Balan.
