, Hotel, Roti, Mukti, but was known for his role as Interpol officer R. K. Malik in the super hit and all-time favorite Don. He started his career in 1960’s and went on to work for more than two decades. He did many roles as father and various police inspectors; he also was a part of Bollywood’s best films like
, Kaun Kitne Paani Me, and Don. He appeared as the heroine’s strict father in movies, Avtaar, and Chor Machaye Shor. One of his famous roles was like a stubborn father and the rich man with underworld connections.
He displayed this role several times in various movies. He is always remembered for his comic and stern roles which he always did with complete perseverance. He also featured in some blockbuster movies like Karz and Khandaan. Kapoor died at the age of 60 due to heart failure. He was a very popular personality due to his various small but effective roles and will always be remembered for his versatility. He died on 28th April 1989 in Mumbai (then Bombay).
