Johnny Baweja is an Indian actor who recently made his debut in the Indian film industry. Born as Gurjot Singh Baweja to a Sikh family at Ludhiana, Punjab. His father Tarlochan.S. Baweja is also a producer and distributor. He graduated from Guru Nanak Public School in Ludhiana.

Before which, he went to Apeejay Institute of Management, Jalander. He did theatrefor two years in Chandigarh before stepping in acting. He later got to polish his acting skills from Roshan Taneja School of Acting, Mumbai. Johnny also happens to be the cousin of the actor, Harman Baweja.

Johnny started his career with the movie SWEN (2012) acting alongside Reeth Mazumder, Francesa Dutton, and Auritra Ghosh. Some of his well-known works are Amira (2017) working alongside Candace McAdams and his recent debut movie A Scandall (2016) working alongside Reeth Mazumder. The screenings grossed a total of 5 million.

He also happens to be the founder of “Let’s Ring the Bell” a live production company. Unfortunately, this budding actor was hotly debated on after a recent controversy of an MMS that leaked on the internet where Johnny and Reeth are intimate with each other. It’s clarified that the leaked video is a scene from their movie A Scandall Johnny’s debut film.

He also added that he was surprised how this footage got leaked he added,” how did you guys get this? It is so embarrassing. This is the film that I am doing, and it is a rehearsal video, and it is supposed to be personal”. But later the leaked MMS was called a distasteful publicity stunt by many people.

The following incident later became quite a scene as in an interview when Harman Baweja is talked to about this MMS and Johnny; he bluntly ends up saying, “Johnny who?”. The scandalized actor later reacted upon hearing this saying that he does have any idea why Harman madethe above-

said comment. Because he and Harman are not the best of friends, but they are not enemies either, he added that Harman must be in pressure of other people so he might have thought that ignoring the questions regarding the matter is better than answering them. Another entertainment portal also reported that the Baweja household was not at all pleased about this publicity stunt. Apart from all these facts, the “scandalized star” is highly fond of dogs.

Let’s hope that this star gets the recognition he deserves and becomes one of the big names in the Indian film industry.
