Ashish Chakravorty

Ashish Chakravorty is a producer and an entrepreneur. He is from Mumbai, Maharashtra. He graduated from Mumbai University. He got a Bachelor's degree in Arts (Honors), majoring in Economics. He started his career in 1987 as a Customer Support Trainee at "IBM." Then he started working as a Graduate Trainee F&B in "The Taj Group of Hotels." He worked there for a year. In 1989 he joined "Percept Ltd." He worked there for two years as an "Account Executive" for client servicing. Then he switched jobs and started working at "MullenLowe Lintas Group." He worked for four years in client servicing and brand management. In 1995 he became the Owner of Icon Inc.

It was his own design and print studio. In 1999, Ashish became the Sr. Vice President and Business Head of "Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited." At this point, he realized that he was meant for Entertainment Industry. And this is where he needs to be. He worked for almost seven years at "ZEEL." During this, he worked with "Zee Telefilms Ltd" and "ETC Networks Ltd." for the growth of "ZEEL." In 2006 he became the Co-owner of "Big Bang Media Pvt. Ltd." He worked with "Sony TV" for the first season of the show "Jhalak Dikhla Ja." He also facilitated the live webcasting rights for the "Lakme Fashion Week" held at NCPA Mumbai.

In 2008 he became the President of Content Management Services and Broadcasting Solutions at "Reliance Media Works Ltd." After six years, he became the Founder and Co-owner of Prospective India JV Partner to the SES Platform in Germany. In 2015 he started working as a full-time Business Process Management Consultant at "Phantom Films." He has engaged as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) Consultant. After a year, he was appointed as a CEO at "MXI." He succeeded in setting up a subsidiary of Germany in India. In 2017 he was again appointed as a "Consultant" at "Phantom Films" for some special projects. In 2018 he became the head of Commercial Content Production at "Reliance Entertainment."

Now he is the Head of Group Business Operations at "Madman Film Ventures Pvt. Ltd." He manages operations within different companies and groups including, "Mythoverse Studios and Cinergy," "Phantom Films" and "Content creation, Production, and Exploitation of Entertainment Content across Films, OTT & Gaming platforms."
