Shamas Nawab Siddiqui

Shamas Nawab Siddiqui is an Indian film director who has predominantly worked in the Hindi film industry. He made his directorial debut with the film Phas Gaye Re Obama in 2010. Siddiqui was born in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, and completed his schooling at St. Francis College, Lucknow. Studied mass communication at Delhi University. Siddiqui started his career as an assistant director at the film School (1999). He went on to work as an associate director on films like Munna Bhai M.B.B.S. (2003), Parineeta (2005), and Lage Raho Munna Bhai (2006).In 2010, Siddiqui made his directorial debut with the film Phas Gaye Re Obama.
