Aakashdeep Chhetri is a director who makes short films and has directed TV serials. Aakashdeep started out as a photographer, he learned filmmaking gradually working on handling the camera and making movies. He started making small ad campaigns and infomercials for small-time companies and brands.
His first big work came on Diya, Bati Aur Hum. A story about a very loving couple, where the husband goes against all odds and against his own family to stand by his wife’s dreams and a wife who is willing to give her career up for the sake of her husband’s happiness. He has also directed a short film called ‘Mai Bhi Modi’, dedicated as a tribute to Prime Minister Modi.
