Hanish Lamba is a creative and assistant director working in the Bollywood film and TV industry for quite some time. He studied filmmaking from London Film Academy and started working for Balaji Productions instantly. At Balaji, he worked as associated creative head, and worked on projects like Kahan Ghar Ghar Ki and Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi. He also worked as assistant director on Kahani Ghar Ghar Ki for some 10 episodes. In 2010, he worked as assistant director on the movie Veer, starring Salman Khan.
Based on the real story of Pindari leader Prithvi Singh, the story about he fought against the Britishers in the earlier part of the 21st Century. The movie did not do well at all on the box office or with critics. His next work was on the show Kitni Mohabbat Hai where he once again was the creative head and assistant director. In 2013, he returned to Bollywod, when he was the assistant director on
starrer Singh Saab The Great. A story about an honest IAS officer who exacts revenge on the killers of his wife. Hanish has since been working as creative head on TV programs
