Appurva Gupta

Appurva Gupta is a well-known Indian comedian, satirist, and performer. Gupta is one of the prominent comedians of the country. Gupta got appreciated for his exceptionally brilliant sense of humor. He performs stand-up comedy in a combination of English and Hindi languages. He is so perfect in blending Hinglish is the most humorous way possible. Appurva was born in Delhi. Gupta did his schooling from a government school in Delhi. Gupta is an Engineering graduate and has done his Engineering from the Jaypee Institute of Information Technology.

Gupta was always fascinated with stand-up comedies. He persuaded Engineering as his parents wanted him to do so. Soon after his graduation Apoorva started his venture and tried his luck. He began his venture by working with a club named Toastmasters Club. Apoorva has also conducted several shows all across India and abroad. He is also the writer behind his acts. His solo act Laugh with Engineer 2.0 got a lot of love and appreciation from the viewers, and he got more than ten million views.

He has a YouTube channel where he portrays his talent garnered with hard work.His other mind-blowing shows are Relationship or Relationshit. Apoorva is also the creative mind behind the making of the web series named MuddeKeBaat.Gupta's talent made him gain achievements too. He got enlisted second in the Top 20 Indian stand-up comedian in 2014" list. In the year 2015, Forbes India shortlisted his name for the Forbes India 100 Celebrity.

Apoorva feels blessed how his destiny and hard work made him grow from a person who performed for five-six minutes in front of a dozen crowd to a person performing an hourly show presenting before a crowd of thousands. Apoorva believes in delivering comedy in the most light-hearted manner to the audiences to that they feel relaxed. He feels keeping the controversial topic in a show should be avoided.
