After his portrayal in Nanhe Jaisalmer, he went on to appear as the son of
Salman Khan
and
Preity Zinta
in the Hindi film, Heroes in 2008. This film was also helmed by Samir Karnik. In 2009, Dwij made another film with Bobby Deol entitled ‘Vaada Raha… I Promise’. He played as a young boy who brings the hope and faith back to Deol’s character after a tragedy. In 2010, Dwij was seen in Shahid Kapoor-starrer Paathshaala, followed by the film Cycle Kick, a story about the two brothers who will battle in a soccer game to win their bike back.Â
Besides performing in these films, Dwij also made small appearances in the 2009 Bollywood film Kisaan, as the young Jiggar Singh, the main lead of the film and the 2010 John Abraham-starrer Phillum City.
