The creative and exotic, Chef Gautam Mehrishi, began his career in the hospitality sector as a management trainee in the prestigious hotel in Mumbai, The Taj. After a span of ten years, he upgraded into a corporate executive chef at Sun-n-Sand Hotels. As an executive chef, he observed the performance and functions of the food and beverages department. He is also a well-known celebrity who hosts various shows on the National Television. He re-branded and altered various sectors in these hotels and improved their menu, bringing them a high revenue. When asked why he is diverse with his commitment to many hotels he replied “It introduces me to many work cultures and unique minds.
