Sujata Mehra is a lawyer by profession. She has authored books, too. Sujata was born and brought up in Delhi. She completed her schooling at Modern School, Barakhambha Road, New Delhi. She went to St. Stephen's College, Delhi, and then to Campus Law Center, Delhi and completed her LLB degree in 1983. Since 1983, she has been practising as a civil lawyer. She penned the book Existential Dance: A Journey with Babaji. It had the conversations between Sujata and her spiritual guru, Babaji.
