Ankur Ahuja

Ankur Ahuja is a famous writer, photographer, cinematographer, and artist known for working in films like Dum Laga Ke Haisha (2015), Fan (2016), and Zero (2018). She is from Delhi and mainly works in the Bollywood film industry as a cinematographer and video editor for over two decades.She made her debut as a second-unit cinematographer in the 2013 film Shuddh Desi Romance Click to look into! >> Read More... and worked as the Director of Photography (D.O.P.) in films like Dum Laga Ke Haisha (2015), Fan (2016) and Zero (2018). She was associated with the non-profit organization, The Hunger Project to create stories about women empowerment via comics in 2022.

She has also shot many documentaries over the years, and one of her documentaries, Yeh Freedom Life, was awarded the Inaugural Gender Sensitivity Award at DIFF, Dharamshala.

Her documentary was screened at many film festivals around the world, receiving critical acclaim.

She has also worked as a video editor and has edited shows for BBC; MTV, and NGC.

She has edited content for different music videos, corporate videos, and commercials for various companies and brands.

Apart from working in the film industry, she is also an independent artist and has displayed her work at many art festivals and the Goa Museum.
