Dipannita Acharya is a Bengali singer. She is a versatile artist in the genre of folk music. She has a euphonious voice. She has sung many regional folk songs from Bengal, Assam, Rajasthan, and Gujarat. She did singing training under the guidance of many revered gurus. Her first mentor was Sudarshan Roy (Phuckawala), followed by Abhijit Bose and Parvathy Das Baul. She is also trained in classical music from Pandit Binoy Bhattacharya and Ustaad Waseem Ahmed Khan. She is very proficient in the music field. She has done so many singing shows in collaboration with different artists like Mooralala (Runn of Kutch), Jullie Kirstine Hjetland (Denmark), Anandi ( Paris, France), and others.
