Rina Sunetra Kumar, better known as Sunetra, is an Indian actress who was born on July 7, 1970. She has an MA degree from Kolkata University. Sunetra is primarily known for her work in Dhallywood films, or the film industry of Bangladesh, based in Dhaka, and she has also worked in the film and television industries of India and Pakistan.
Sunetra has worked in the film and television industry for over 30 years. She made her acting debut in the film industry of Bangladesh in 1985 with the film "Usila." Sunetra has also appeared in a few Pakistani television serials and Urdu films. She has acted in more than 30 Dhallywood movies, such as Amar Songsar, Vai Bondhu, and Ghor Vanga Ghor.
She has done many Tollywood and Lollywood films, such as Sithir Sidur, Monsa Konya, Khelaghar, Danob, Talash, and Shunye Ki Talash.
She is better known for her roles in films such as Shuktara, which was released in 1988, Sinthir Sindoor in 1996, and Chhobol in 1989.
