Bhaskar Sen has predominantly worked in the Tollywood film industry. Bhaskar Sen has work experience as a makeup artist at Tollywood's Bengali Film and Television Industry and as a makeup artist and hair stylist at Satyajit Ray's Film Institute. Bhaskar Sen is the founder of Bhaskar's Makeover Studio and Academy, where he provides several courses on make-up artistry, including bridal, party, character, creative, and prosthetic make-up.
