Soumya Mukhopadhyay is a renowned Bengali director and producer. Soumya Mukhopadhyay was born in 1974. Soumya graduated in Economics from Presidency College, Kolkata, and did his post-graduation in Business Administration.

Soumya worked a full-time job as a market researcher at Kantar. Kantar is the world’s leading data researcher and insight company. Soumya always had a primary passion for directing films and experimenting with different forms of audio-visual arts. Soumya is now a director with Cherrypix Movies Private Limited in Kolkata, West Bengal, registered with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA). Soumya was previously associated with Kaahon Media and Entertainment Private Limited.
