Plot

Azad, a Women’s prison Jailer, hijacks a train with the help of some women inmates. He sets a deal with an NSG officer, Narmada Rai, and demands Rs 40k crores to free the passengers. Kali Gaikwad is one of the leading global arms dealers, and his daughter, Alia, is one of the captives. So, he decides to give the amount to Azad. Meanwhile, Azad makes Narmada fall for him and marries her. Unknowing his true identity, she marries him. When Narmada discovers his real identity, the gundas sent by Kali’s brother trap and torture them. Luckily, Vikram Rathore, Azad’s doppelganger, comes as a savior. Who is Vikram, and what is his connection with Azad? The rest of the story deals with this.

Star Performance

SRK is in his new action avatar, and Pathan’s success helps to elevate Jawan. SRK’s performance and body language are fantastic. Nayanthara did a decent job and saved her role from negative criticism. Vijay Sethupathi is fantastic, as usual. His new look is a bit interesting, too. The rest of the stars did what was expected of them.

Analysis

Shah Rukh Khan’s dual role is really a good treat for his fans and action movie lovers. Atlee impressed SRK fans and Bollywood biggies with his debut film. So does Nayanthara. Though the film is a mass entertainer with all the required elements to satisfy SRK fans, there are some logical loopholes, which the audience needs to take a long jump. The cinematography is incredible, and the editing is perfect. Anirudh has proved that he is good at BGM composing, and the songs are good too. Verdict

The film is definitely a good outing for the action movie and Shah Rukh’s fans. It is definitely a one-time watch! SRK fans may watch it repeatedly for their star!
