The best thing I ever ate is a Food television series aired in 2009. It first aired on Food Network and is now on Discovery Tamil. It has 12 seasons and is very popular. It was produced by Joan Rantz, Anne Etheridge, Thomas Harting, Rebecca Roberts, and Lisa Hockly.
In this series, chefs selected their favorite dishes from restaurants across the United States. This series included Ted Allen, Sunny Anderson, Mario Batali, Valerie Bertinelli, John Bess, and many other chefs.
"The Best Thing I Ever Ate" stars some of Food Network's most recognizable faces. Instead of highlighting their dishes, the chefs share what they know about various cooking techniques and cultures and how a particular restaurant has made that dish particularly well. Over 100 chefs and cooks have been featured on the show to give viewers various taste opinions.
