Kids BBQ Championship is a cooking competition reality show that premiered on May 23, 2016. It first aired on the Food Network channel. Lucy produces this show, which has two seasons and 15 episodes.
The judges were Eddie Jackson, Camila Alves, and Damaris Philips. Chef Eddie Jackson and model Camila Alves hosted the series' first season. It began with eight little chefs and ended with three season finalists. The winner received a $20,000 prize and was featured in a food magazine. During the show, children were mentored by the host and participated in the cooking challenge series, where they demonstrated their BBQ skills.
The second season premiered on May 1, 2017, and was hosted by Chef Damaris Philips, who replaced Camila. The format had changed for this season, as there were four different child chefs, with another winner in each episode. In each episode, two judges were added to the rotating lineup as a guest appearance. The winner receives a $10,000 prize.
