Super singer south India is an exclusive Tamil language singing reality show. This show is telecasted in Jaya TV channel. In this show Super singer south India, the talent of South Indian playback singers in encouraged. Super singer south India had its first telecast on 24 September 2014. This show aired on Television every Saturday and Sunday at 8 PM on Jaya TV. MS Senthil Kumar directed super singer south India. This is a complete one-hour show. Super singer south India telecasted on TV till 30 August 2015. Auditions took place in various places. Places including Bangalore, Cochin, Coimbatore, Madurai and Chennai were places of Auditions.

The selection rounds for Auditions went through a very tough competition, and then finally the entire Judge panel selected twenty top finalists of the show Super Singer South India. After the finalization of top twenty contestants, the judges have to filter amongst those twenty and get top ten contestants into the show. The judges had to go through many hurdles as everyone is singing and performing their best but still they anyhow managed to get the best amongst those twenty contestants.
