Airtel Star Singer is a Tamil language reality singing competition. The first Tamil-language singing competition aired on Star Vijay in 2006. It is now streaming on Disney+Hotstar. Spanning over nine seasons and multiple spin-offs, the Star singer is the most successful in all the singing competitions in Tamil. Participants who have excelled towards the finals have all seen fruitful opportunities.
