Ananthasayanam Colony is a Tamil drama that aired on DD Podhigai. It is a drama based on the short story penned by Thoppil Mohammed Meeran.

A middle-class father who wants to get his son a seat in a famous college is all set to meet his friend, Prof Srinivasan, in Ananthasayanam Colony. He misses the address while travelling in an auto-rickshaw. After a long search for Srinivasan in the colony, he meets a banana seller in the colony. He gives him bananas to eat as he is tired of searching Srinivasan. Only then he comes to know that the man is not a banana seller but has come to see his granddaughter, who resides there. He also missed the address. Did they meet their people? The rest of the story follows that.
