Patturumal is a reality show on Mappilapattu singing, a genre of music folklore music. It started airing on February 27, 2023. New episodes were released every Monday to Friday at 7 P.M on Kairali TV. It promised to offer a platform for the best and most talented Mappilapattu singers. Dr. John Brittas MP attended the initial episode of the show and offered his warm wishes.

. There were a total of 15 contestants who competed against each other. The contestants were from different parts of Kerala and were chosen through an audition process. The show completed its 100th episode milestone in this season as well. On the occasion of the 100th episode, everyone seemed to be overjoyed, including the team, and all were seen having a good time.
