Healthy Kitchen is a Kannada TV show which aired on Ayush TV in the year 2017. The show aired on the channel at 8:30 PM and was replayed the next day at 1:00 PM. Ayush TV is dedicated to the Kannada speaking population with holistic ayurvedic remedies for physical and mental well – being. Various programs highlighting the importance of Ayurveda and how to incorporate it in our daily lives are broadcasted on this twenty – four – hour channel. The show, Healthy Kitchen describes and shows us how to cook healthy recipes. Using simple and easily available food ingredients, the show gives us various meal preparation ideas. In one of the episodes, we learned how to cook greens dosa, and got to know about the health benefits of kokum from Rashmi Patavardhan. She is a Yoga expert and also an organic food enthusiast. From other episodes, we can learn the way of cooking Doddapatre Tambuli and harka millet. The show is no longer aired but one can watch certain clips on YouTube.
