Amara Madhura Prema is a Kannada TV serial with love triangle genre, sisterly bonds, and family relationships. This show premiered in 2018 on channel Siri Kannada with Supritha Srinath, Thejaswini Gowde and Anirudh Jatkar in the lead roles of Amara, Madhura and, Vikram. It is directed by Srinivas Kappanna. The serial revolves around the lives of two sisters, the elder sister Amara and the younger sister, Madhura, who share a deep bond but unexpectedly fall in love with the same man, Vikram. Amara, who has been in a relationship with Vikram for a long time, is unaware of her sister Madhura’s feelings for him. On the other hand, Madhura tries to suppress her feelings but confesses her love to Vikram.
Vikram is confused between his love for Amara and his growing feelings for Madhura, creates a complicated love triangle. This love triangle between Amara, Madhura and Vikram brings many twists and turns in the story. There are many plot twists like Vikram’s uncertain feelings between Amara and Madhura, Madhura’s struggle to express her emotions, Amara’s heartbreak and adjustment, Family member’s reaction to the love triangle and, many more. This serial raises questions like; who will Vikram choose, how will the love for the same person affect the sister’s relationship, what sacrifices will they make for their love and family.
