When the quote ‘ beauty with brains’ doesn’t apply to you and all you can do is look out for your career, which leads you to use your brain more than your heart problems keep on arising. Dimple is a simple girl with a big dream. Unlike her mom’s mindset she wants to learn Java and become successful through hard work, she wants to put work before everything because that’s what she’s good at. While her mom wants, her mom wants her to get a good husband.   Dimple goes away for a summer course in Jaipur when she meets Rishi, though their meeting was not that romantic, it was pretty hectic. Rishi, who likes dimple, soon realizes that dimple has different views about the marriage part. Dimple, who wants to top everything, was emotionally put down by her parents' lie.

Heading out for an assignment, rishi and dimple have a little bonding, where she understands that rishi isn’t a bad guy and that she misunderstood him. Dimple goes out with so-called friends which she regrets, after dinner, she goes on a walk with Rishi, and they bond through the walk.  Later, Rishi and Dimple work together for the app. An urgent matter leads him to leave, later he invites Dimple for a party where they had a moment. Though they decide to stay friends and go on a Platonic date, feelings can’t be oppressed for a long time.   Good news rushes in, Dimple's app gets approved but after a fight with rishi regarding family Dimple gets in a fight with a classmate and challenges him to a game. Later, Rishi hears about the fight and talks to Dimple, and reconciles with her.

To catch up with time for her app, Dimple pushes everyone away. A day before the showdown, Dimple reveals a secret to her roommate.   After an exciting match, things go down, Dimple's dream crashes and misunderstandings between and betrayals between Rishi and Dimple enlarge and the story stops at a cliffhanger.
