This season aired till September 12, 2005, and consisted of 14 episodes.

This season is about Vincent’s upcoming projects and the way he deals with them. After completing his film Queen Boulevard, Vincent joins his friends back in Los Angeles. Ari tells Eric that Vincent hasn’t been getting any new offers, and insists Vincent upon taking up the film Aquaman, which is based on a comic book. Ari fails in his try. Vincent’s somehow convinces James Cameroon to give him a chance. Later that night, all the four boys go out to watch NBA match in Vincent’s new Maserati. Vincent decides to by Marlon Brando’s expensive house.

All the guys get ready for a Pajama Party, at that time Johnny finds that he had been banned from entering to the Playboy mansion, and feels terrible to digest that fact. Financial problems start to rise in Vincent’s life. All the boys make some move apart from their daily routine in making some money. Vincent agrees for the Chinese commercial; Turtle takes part in an Xbox tournament. Vincent’s film Queen’s Boulevard makes it to Sundance Film Festival. At that place, Eric finds a producer for Vincent’s next film. After all the situations, Vincent finally accepts the role in Aquaman.
