It is the second derived series from Grey’s Anatomy after the first, Private Practice. The series set in Seattle, a seaport city on the West coast of the United States. The backdoor pilot for this spin-off is the 306^th episode “You Really Got a Hold on Me” of Grey’s  Anatomy. ABC aired this series weekly on Thursday at 9.00 pm but some episodes of the third season at 8.00 pm. Jaina Lee Ortiz as Andrea “Andy” Herrera, is a lieutenant at Station 19. She is the daughter of Captain Pruitt Herrera and also the co-acting captain. She loves the new captain, Robert Sullivan, and also gets married to him before her father’s death. Jack Gibson is a passionate, energetic, and fearless lieutenant and one among the co-acting Captains as well at station 19.

Robert Sullivan was once the General at an academy before he becomes the Captain. After his wife’s death, Robert marries Andy. He suffers from complex regional pain syndrome. Ryan Tanner is a police officer at Seattle PD. He and Andy are friends, and they also had a romantic relationship in high school. The series features Andy in the lead role for whom her father is the inspiration in becoming a firefighter. She is fearless and passionate. This series is so adventurous and romantic. When Andy and Gibson are together, sparks fly. They work closely with PD.
