Sohag Chand is a Bengali show that premiered on Colors Bangla in November 2022. The show talks about Sohag who’s the protagonist of this show and how she meets many problems in her life just because of her weight. The show tries to counter the weight stigma prevalent in society, where people are judged on their appearance and not on what they indeed are as a person. Despite of, being judged on her appearance and being rejected by several guys for marriage in her life, Sohag is a brave girl who never loses hope and aspires a boy who will accept her the way she is without any changes.
The show tracks the bond between Sohag and Chand who have a different fitness mindset and are childhood friends. The show is fun to watch and portrays a different view point towards life. The show stars the following cast:
