“Sagar Jyoti” is a Bengali serial on the channel Enterr10 Bangla. The serial tells the story of two young individuals named Sagar and Jyoti who are brought together by fate. Sagar is a strong, determined man who is responsible and compassionate in nature. He is born and brought up in a rich family and has a soft side despite seeming like a serious and hard person. He values honesty and is quite ambitious. Although Sagar is considered as a good man, he is definitely not someone to be messed with given the fact that he has a dark side to him as well. Jyoti on the other hand is born and brought up in a lower-middle-class family who run a roadside food stall. She is portrayed as a kind and gentle soul who has dreams of opening her own five-star hotel someday. Having grown up in a family suffering from financial crisis, she knows that each and every penny counts and is determined to make a better life for her family. What happens when these two separate individuals meet and fall in love and how their families cope up with this constitute the rest of the episodes.
