Vazhkkai is a serial that revolves around a young woman named Seetha. Seetha is portrayed as a kind and humble young woman who is the daughter of a cook. She is a determined young lady who has seen the struggles that poverty often brings to a family. Being an educated individual she decides to do something that might help her family financially and make it a secure environment for the rest of the members. She decides to become a tuition teacher and gradually Seetha gets a job as a tuition teacher for the children of a very rich and established man.
However, things take a turn when she realizes that the children might need more help than she had originally contemplated. Being raised in a rich background she finds the children neglected by their own family and therefore has a morally grey code of conduct. She adores the children and decides to solve their problems. The serial has over 300 episodes and how Seetha manages to overcome all the hurdles thrown at her way and how she overcomes the social hierarchy is what constitutes the rest of the episodes.
