is the recently released Tamil Comedy movie in which comedian Dhanraj played the lead cast. The movie is, however, a small budget project, but the main attraction in the motion picture is Dhanraj himself as he is portraying 13 different roles in the entire cinema. The lead female role was played by Swetha Verma who will also serve as Dhanraj’s love interest in the flick.
Plot:- Puliraju (played by Dhanraj) is a carefree and untroubled lass who likes to spend most of his time in the company of Women, seeing this his father decides to marry him off to a girl from a small village. All was going well until his father pushes him to give him a grandchild, a baby boy to be specific so they could continue their family heritage. But nothing always goes as planned instead of delivering a male successor Dhanraj’s wife give birth to a baby girl.
Also, according to doctors, she cannot bear more children due to some health issues. Dhanraj’s father does not takes the news well and throws him out of his house and told him not to return until he has a male offspring. Now the question stands that what will Puliraju do? Will he get married again to keep his father’s word? Or not? And if he does so what will be it’s outcome and who will take care of his wife and daughter?
What’s there? The positive point of the movie is Dhanraj himself as his comedy skills provide necessary grace to the motion picture. If it is not for his timing and comicalness, the movie would not be a good watch. Also, another thing is the performance of late comedian Kondavalasa, who just adds up the missing links in the picture by supporting Dhanraj throughout the film with his hearty character.
What ‘s not there? The movie lacks the basic sense of humor even if it shows a simple concept. There is very much exaggerated comedy to begin with and the second half of the cinema does not have any directional basics. Although there are 13 portrayals had been done by Dhanraj most of them aren’t executed well enough.
Verdict: Overall this movie had written such a way that it fails to evoke any laughter among the audience during its running time. So if you are expecting to see a really exceptional comedy movie you should stay away from this one.
