Plot

Anbarasan is a teacher in a town. He fell in love with a British girl. But, Anbu’s father couldn’t accept his love for a British girl, as his father participated in the Indian Independence struggle against the British. What will Anbu do to get his father’s consent for his marriage? This is what the rest of the plot deals with.

Star Performance

Sivakarthikeyan looked like the boy next door, as usual. Maria Ryaboshapka seems cute. The rest of the cast did what was asked.

Analysis

While hearing the oneliner of the story, it may appear that they would’ve made a comedy movie. But, the team hadn’t satisfied the expectations of the audience. When people thought the film would impress them like “Doctor,” it didn’t touch the level of “ Don Click to look into! >> Read More... Don .” When the audience expected some new comedy, emotional scenes, or some twists in the screenplay, they were shown just the empty pot. The music by Thaman is okay. The cinematography and the production design are good.
