Plot
Ani is a local gangster who works for Rema. Rema owns a quarry and is also involved in underground activities. Anandhu, Saji, Manu, and Manaf also work for Rema. These four are youngsters who are weak in studies. Ani uses them in underworld activities. He sends them to grab black money from a hideout in Tamilnadu’s Madurai. After grabbing the money, will the boys who risked their lives get their fair share? The rest of the film speaks about this.
Star Performance
Suraj Venjaramoodu is as impressive as ever. His dialogue delivery is fine. Maala’s performance is a treat to watch. She is good in her new role. The Trivandrum slang is finely used by the stars. Hridhu did justice to the given role. The rest of the boys are impressive, too.
Analysis
If a particular genre becomes a hit, then the makers start trending it with a series of similar genres. One such is this action genre with violence. There are huge bloodshed scenes seen. The makers could’ve avoided a few. The gangsters’ lives are captured well and their mannerisms are showcased well. While the first half took time to establish the characters, the second half showcased the lives of the youngsters who turned into criminals. A few characters were not explored well, including that of Kani. The visuals, editing, and action choreography are pretty decent and stay to the genre.

Verdict
Despite a few minus points, Mura has done justice to its genre. If you love watching raw action movies with gangster stories, this could be a good choice.
