Plot
Kishore works in a temple and none know about his details. He says that as he wants to peel off the sins, he serves in the temple. But, the truth is that Kishore is a cop, who is appointed to safeguard the temple from a big gangsters group, who sketch to loot the temple’s wealth. A research scholar, who researches about the temple gets a lot of interesting information about its wealth and the place where it is hidden. As he is Kishore’s friend, he gives the details to him. The rest of the story deals with how Kishore saves the temple’s wealth and his research scholar friend.
Star Performance
Kishore had played his part well. The heroines are used as a template. Thambi Ramaiah’s comedy didn’t work much.
Analysis
Aghavan is a different script. Before analyzing, we have to definitely appreciate the director for researching the script and matched it with the King Raja Raja Chozhan. The plot is interesting, but the treatment is not much crisper for the script. The music is okayish and the cinematography could have been handled better. The climax scene is interesting and the audiences would love to watch the climax than the rest of the story. If the director has gone for the known hero, it would have been reached much better.

Aghavan has a good script. Although the climax is good, if the director had concentrated on the screenplay, it would have attracted a huge set of audiences. However, the film is definitely a one-time watch!
