Analysis

The script is different and Bharathiraja has penned the story well. The selection of artists is perfect and everyone fits well in their respective roles. When everything is fine in the film, the dialogues are dramatic and they didn't suit the contemporary subject. They seem to be odd and spoil the essence of the movie. It is to be noted that Bharathiraja has brought out an exciting script that doesn't preach anything to the audience but showcasing the values of life on the go. The production values are not much impressive. The film started off well, but it didn’t continue the grip till the end.

What's There?

  • Performances of Bharathiraja and Nakshatra are excellent

What's Not There?

  • The production values are not of good quality
  • The dialogues are very dramatic

Verdict

If the director has concentrated on the dialogues and the production values, the movie would have been better.
