Supriya Menon was a journalist working for the BBC. She was born in a Malayalam household in Palakkad in 1985, and her parents are Vijayakumar Menon and Padmini Vijayakumar. She completed her schooling in Mumbai. Supriya was graduated from a reputed college for Journalism in London. In 2007, she got a job at BBC. Though she is a Malayali by birth, Supriya did not know much about Malayalam cinema except for “Mohanlal” and “Mammootty.” Srinivasan Jain, the NDTV editor, gave her the assignment to cover Malayalam cinema. As she was asked to interview the young generation Mollywood actors, her friend helped her get the phone number of one of the leading actors of Malayalam cinema, Prithviraj Sukumaran. After a few meetings, their friendship turned into love, and Prithviraj tied the knot with Supriya on 25th April 2011 in a low-key ceremony. After getting married, Supriya left the job and settled in Kerala with Prithviraj. In 2014, they welcomed their daughter, Alankrita Menon Prithviraj.

Deepti Sati is a renowned Malayalam film actress. She was born in Mumbai to Divyesh Sati and Madhuri Sati. Her mother was hailed from Kochi, while her father is from Nainital. She studied at St. Xavier's College in Mumbai and completed a degree in Business Administration. After joining the Pantaloon Face Hunt, she started her career and was luckily selected as Most Energetic. She also bagged the Fashion Driven City Mumbai. Besides this, Deepti won the Miss Kerala award in 2012, Navy Queen in 2013, and became the first runner-up at the Princess 2013. She is also one of the finalists at the Femina Miss India 2014. She also earned the Miss Talented award and Miss Iron Maiden award in the same year.

Mallika Sukumaran is a yesteryear actress who debuted in 1974 in the movie Uttarayanam directed by G. Aravindan. She was born in 1954 in Haripad, Alappuzha district, Kerala. She married the late actor Sukumaran in the year 1979 and withdrew from the film industry to devoted her time for her family until her husband’s death in 1997.

She made a comeback with a K.K. Rajeev Teleserial Paithozhiyathe with notable actors like Thilakan and Jayabharathi. After that she did not have to look back, she continued acting in many serials portraying both positive and negative characters. Some of her noted serials during that time were Valayam, Sthree Oru Santhwanam, Snehadooram, American dreams, Porutham, and Harichandanam. She was appreciated for her performance of evil mother-in-law in Sthree Oru Santhwanam. Even while portraying negative characters she surprised the audience with her humorous side in serials like Indhumukhi Chandramathi costarring Manju Pillai in Surya TV, which was a great hit at that time. She also judged a reality show in Kairali TV, Amma Ammayiyama.

She also started to work in movies and have done many character roles with many prominent directors. In the movie Ammakilikoodu, her role as Saramma, an inmate in an old age home, who had been a head constable during her prime years was very much appreciated. In the movie, she shared the screen space with her son Prithviraj Sukumaran and many notable actresses like Kaviyoor Ponnamma and KPAC Lalitha. She has done many more movies like Romeo, Calendar, Ammanilavu, Thirakkatha, Chotta Mumbai and the latest one is Njanum Ente Familiyum.

She has two sons who are well-known Actors in Malayalam film industry, Indrajith, and Prithviraj. Her Eldest daughter-in-law Poornima is an actress and a Fashion Designer and her younger daughter-in-law Supriya worked as BBC correspondent from Mumbai. She has three grandchildren with whom she likes to spend most of her time. She was honored with Kerala state award for supporting actress in Swapanadanam in 1974.

Listin Stephen is an Indian film distributor and producer. His work is predominant in the Tamil and Malayalam film industries. He has his own production company called Magic Frames which he founded. Vishnu Govind is a sound designer. He was born in India. He mainly works with the Tamil and Telugu Film Industry. He has Indian Nationality. He had appeared in the film industry various times. He is an actor of versatile talent. He has worked with several artists. He has associated with the actors and directors of versatile performance. He did multiple movies. Dinesh Kumar is a popular choreographer in the Tamil Film Industry who is active in the field from the year 2001 to till day (as of 2016).He has choreographed for more than 138 films in this period. Dinesh had his schooling in Nandanam Arts College in Chennai. He was initially in the team of the Famous Dance brothers Prabhu Deva, Raju Sundaram and Nagendra Prasad. He won the Best Dance Choreographer award from “Filmfare Awards South” in the year 2009 for the Tamil Movie “Ayan” to his work in the song “Pala Palakkura Pagala Nee...” which was a big hit in that year. Sameera Saneesh is a South Indian costume designer and fashion designer who works in the Malayalam film industry. She was born on 27th June 1983. She is well known for designing costumes of Mammootty, Jayasurya, Prithviraj Sukumaran and other stars. Sameera hails from Eroor village of Ernakulam district in Kerala. Her parents are Ibrahim and Jameela. She married a software engineer named Saneesh K. J. on 26th November 2006. She learned drawing and painting from Kalabhavan Kochi during her school years. Sameera did an under graduation course at Bharat Mata College before joining a Fashion Designing diploma at the Nation Institute for Fashion Designing in Panampilly Nagar. After diploma, she worked as an in-house designer for “Raymonds” for some time before becoming a freelance costume designer for ad-films. Her first projects were the advertisements for “Saundarya Silk”. She rose to prominence due to her work in Seemas.

He got the best actor award from the Government of Kerala for the film Celluloid, in which he performed as J. C. Daniel, the pioneer of Malayalam cinema, who hailed from Tamilnadu. He is the producer of Urumi, Indian Rupee, Kadal Kadannoru Mathukkutty, Sapthamashree Thaskaraha, Double Barrel and Ennu Ninte Moideen. He has also sung a song Kanne Kanne, in the film Puthiya Mukham.

Roshan Mathew is a young Indian actor who made his debut with the a malayalam film called “Adi Kapyare Kootamani” in the year 2015 which was directed by John Varghese. The film features Dhyan Sreenivasan, Aju Varghese, Neeraj Madhav and Namitha Pramod in the lead roles. here Roshan appears as the role of a hostler named Premraj, who is a flirt. Roshan appeared in only few sequences in this romantic comedy movie and the film was a big hit at the box office. He shared the screen with Actor Mammootty in his second film titled “Puthiya Niyamam,” directed by A.K. Sajan. Actually. Roshan presented the character named Aryan, a negative shaded character. But none of these two characters help him to get popularity.

Sabumon Abdusamad is a renowned actor and anchor active in Malayalam film and the television industry. Kayamkulam in Kerala is his hometown.

Saiju Govind Kurup, known for his screen name as Saiju Kurup in the film world. Saiju was born in Aroor Kerala ion 1981 and he is currently a busy actor in the Malayalam industry. He made his debut in the ever hit classic movie Mayoogham directed by the famous director Hariharan. He played the character Unni who was a rebel. The opposite lead to Saiju was Mamta Mohandas .He got two awards for his acting in the movie Mayoogham. The best new comer Bharatan awards and film city awards.

Saiju was working in Birla company there he met his better half Anupama and then both joined in Airtel company. Saiju and Anupama later decided to marry and the couple had a beautiful girl child. He was the direct Sales manager in Airtel. At that time he met the famous singer M G Sreekumar who later introduced him to Hariharan. Mayoogham was a hit and for the memory of his first movie the couple named their daughter as Mayoogha.

Saiju then acted on many films in lead roles, negative roles, supporting roles etc. Some of his movies were box office hits like Munnariyippu, Baba Kalyani, Mulla, Makeup Man, Trivandrum Lodge etc. His role in Mulla was quite different both in looks and attitude. He played the role of a negative police officer.

Saiju was selected in the li9st of Forbes India Magazines most stunning actor. He ranked 12 th out of 100 members in the Forbes list. Son of the late actor Thilakan, Shammi Thilakan is one of the more versatile actors in the Malayalam movie industry having nearly 30 years of experience as an actor, and as a dubbing artist. He is the recipient of the State Award for Best Dubbing Artist for lending his voice to Nassar in the movie Gazal  in 1993. He also lent his voice for Napoleon in the movie Devasuram.

Shammi Thilakan began his career in 1986, having to work under the shadow of his immensely talented father Thilakan. However, through his quality work and his extremely professional attitude, he has made a name as prominent as his father in the movie industry. His debut was in the 1986 movie directed by K.G. George, Irakal where he performed a supporting role. His acting and skill soon got him noticed and he then began to see a wide variety of roles being offered.

From Jathakam in 1989 to Ottayal Pattalam in 1992, to Thalastaanam and Dhruvam, and Rajakeeyam to Boxer, Sargavasantham, Kaathil Oru Kinnaram to Sulthan Hyderali, Lelam and Bhoopathi Ezhupunna Tharakan & Pathram, Shammi has had over 20 hits in the 1990’s. 

His career took a massive boost from the year 2000 onwards, from where he has completed over 42 movies in the nearly 15 years since, with the total number of movies being made being over 70. Some of his other hits include Praja, Phantom, Kasthuriman and Housefull.

Shebin Benson is an Indian actor who works in the Malayalam film industry. He hails from Nilambur in Kerala and was born to Christian parents. He was born on 27th November 1995 and his star sign is Sagittarius. Benson has a special inclination towards playing young and jovial characters that have loads to express. Shebin is a student of Visual Communication at the SRM University in Chennai.  

Vinay Forrt, the Malayalam actor, was born in 1983 as Vinay Kumar in Kochi in Kerala. His parents are M. V. Mani and Sujatha. He has two siblings, Suma, a sister and Shyam, his brother. Vinay did his primary education in Boys School in Fort Kochi. During his first year graduation, he joined Lokadharmi theatre and started acting in the plays. Vinay has an experience of ten plus years in the theatrical activities. He is a postgraduate in acting and got his degree from Film and Television Institute of India in Pune. Vinay was honored as the Best Senior Theatre Actor and received the scholarship from Government of India in 2004 to 2006. He made his debut in “Ritu,” in 2009. He got the opportunity to shine in the cinema by Shyamaprasad. Though he did a small role in “Ritu,” he was noted by the audiences well. Vinay is a classical dancer too.
