Plot
Siby is a youngster, who aims to settle in life as all other normal youth plans. He plans to earn money with his innovative ideas and working hard for it. In a particular situation, he was informed about a treasure deep inside the woods. What is his plan after knowing about the treasure? Watch the film in theaters!
Star Performance
Fahadh has lived as Siby. This is his best performance, so far. After Maheshinte Prathikaaram, this film has helped him prove his acting skill. Mamta plays a bold girl, who loves adventures. She had done justice to her role. Kochu Preman is given a strong role and he has utilized it well. The rest of the stars including Praveena, have done their jobs perfectly.
Analysis
Venu has developed the story well. Although the scenes are predictable, Siby’s role is well defined and designed. Some of the scenes surprise the audiences and hats off to the filmmaking skills of Venu! When we think like this is in the first half, the second half of the film makes us feel that the movie had lost its grip in the script.

Verdict
Carbon impresses the audiences with the performance of Fahadh Faasil. Although the film has its own negatives, it didn’t make the viewers feel bad about spending the bucks on the tickets. Carbon – Diamond!
