Summary:
The movie, ‘ Suli Click to look into! >> Read More... ’, is a directorial venture by P. H. Vishwanath, and the movie revolves around a Muslim family caught in dire straits. Plot:
Buden Saheb runs a small business on the top of a hill located in the Western Ghats. He commutes down the hill to the villages and sells essential commodities to the villagers. He has a mute daughter, Shabana, who assists him with everyday labor. He does not want to marry off the other two daughters until his mute daughter enters wedlock. A man who visits the village happens to be the center of attraction. The mute girl is attracted to the man. Buden Saheb marries off his daughter to the man. The man leaves with the promise that he would get a job for the villagers in the gulf countries. The villagers rely on him and hand over a lump sum to the man. But the man leaves the village, never to return again. Now, Buden Saheb is taken aback and finds himself caught in a quagmire. Is Buden Saheb able to come out of the trouble? How does he handle the problem? The rest of the movie answers the questions.
Star Performances:
Pranaya Raja Srinath has attracted the attention of the audiences through his performance as Buden Saheb. Other artists, such as Adviti, Neenasam Jayaram, Channakeshava, and Susheela, have done their roles to near perfection. Srinath shows all that is required from an experienced actor.
Analysis:
Director Vishwanath has taken up a nice theme and that too after a considerable amount of time. But the movie might not meet the expectations of those who enjoy commercial movies. The story unfolds slowly, and the performances by the artistes in the movie save the movie’s face.

1. The dialogues have been written by Damodar and Channakeshava, and form the highlights of the movie.
2. Every artist in the movie has done their roles to the best.
3. Cinematography by Manjunath deserves an applause.
4. Producer Geetha and director Vishwanath deserve appreciation for taking up a daring venture.
