Plot
Durga and Vedha are doctors in a private hospital. Vedha is a junior doctor. During the COVID-19 time, there was a night curfew from 9 pm to 5 am and they were on night duty. Two men brought a lady and urged the doctor to admit her. As there were no beds, the junior doctor was unable to admit the lady. However, after some delay, she agreed to admit her. But she found that the lady was already dead. When she informed this, a man entered in and asked her to provide the medical certificate with COVID-19 as the cause of death. But the doctor finds out that the woman was killed and did not die naturally. What happened next? The rest of the story deals with this.
Star Performance
As we know, if Malashri plays a lead role, it will certainly be an action film. There is no change, and Malashri plays her usual action game. The only difference in this movie is that she plays a medical practitioner. The rest of the cast did what was required of them.
Analysis
The film’s plot speaks about the anti-social elements that tried to use the COVID-19 situations to their favour. Already many films were made during 2021-2023 relating to corona virus. This film is the latest addition to the COVID-19 subject. The story starts and ends in one night and as usual, the cops arrest the villains at the end. The screenplay is not as gripping as one expect. The dialogues are usual. The visuals and BGM are decent. The production values are okay for the budget.
